At BytYogy, we strive to provide a high-quality digital experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through our platform.

1. Merchant of Record

Payments for BytYogy products are processed by a third-party Merchant of Record (MoR), which may include providers such as Lemon Squeezy or Paddle, depending on availability and region.

The Merchant of Record is responsible for:

  • Payment processing
  • Tax handling (VAT/GST, where applicable)
  • Refund execution

Refunds are issued in accordance with both:

  • This Refund Policy, and
  • The refund rules of the active Merchant of Record at the time of purchase.

2. Digital Product Nature

BytYogy provides digital, subscription-based software and services that become accessible immediately upon purchase.

Because access is granted instantly, refunds are not guaranteed once a subscription or license has been activated.

3. When Refunds May Be Granted

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • A technical issue on our side prevented meaningful access to the service
  • You were charged incorrectly or duplicated
  • A billing error occurred due to system malfunction

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

4. When Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after access has been granted
  • Lack of expected outcomes or results
  • Misunderstanding of product functionality
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
  • Partial usage of the service

BytYogy does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or decisions made using the platform.

5. Subscriptions & Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the payment provider’s customer portal.

  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • Previously paid periods are not refunded, unless required by law
  • Access typically remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Legal Compliance

Nothing in this policy overrides mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Where local law requires a refund, we will comply accordingly.
